Use dehydrator and primer
Apply over PMP hema free rubber base coat or builder for best results.

Top coat with our brand new hema free top coat
Must be cured with a 48W lamp or above for 60 seconds.
UV lamp for 2 minutes.
Finish with PMP top coat.
Remove with acetone.
